I see in the news not trusting Rio Tinto is a sentiment shared by the Pentwater group - they still have a misrepresentation action pending in the New York courts against Rio Tinto regarding alleged misrepresentations about the setbacks or delays in the Oyunatolgoi underground development a few years back.  The judge in the case just tossed portions of the claim, some others survive. Judges rely on the evidence and arguments made by counsel in front of them, and they have to respond to the pleadings as filed by the parties.  You might be a little hasty on slagging the NY judge as the point you are making may not have been apparent from the evidence.  And recall they were pleading misrepresentation so what is probable is there are no statements made by or signed by

No sell out or takeover in 2024 is perfectly fine for me as I don't need the additional capital gains taxes that would be triggered this year.  Would much sooner accept paper than cash although any takeover of a company as small as ETG would most certainly be a cash deal as the total dollar amount is not that significant to a major miner such as RT.  If a take out was to occur, I
