It looks like it could test that with the blow off top on the day chart. Even on the week chart it signals a lower SP. A level on the downside that a stock doesn't penitrate is called "support". A price on the upside that encounters steadfast selling is called resistance.  They're essentially opposites, but we know what you meant.

That being said it could set up a cup and handle pattern. Looks better in the 4hr format. Will be watching for possible breakout and volume.
