So USD exchange now back to the same as JAn 15th, so easy to update spreadsheet.
Gain is just over 33 cents since Jan 15th. Discounted now about $1.27 or about   14.5% before dist. are factored in. Not sure why the discount  is so big,  but will take advantage of  the value here, and collect the sweet distributions.

dashboard came in at $18.703 , so very close to my estimate....US stocks are 15 minute delayed on dashboard and the TSX as well. Once the dashboard updated to the delayed US data, the spreadsheet became a lot closer to the dashboard.
