Agreed, Impressive in their ability to use Firan stock as part of the payment , up to two thirds of the payment. FLYHT also has tax losses to harvest . Maybe three years ago I had a diastrous discussion with a junior executive ( all the senior people being busy somewherelse)  with FLYHT that stopped me from investing in the company ; maybe that was good luck for me. Interesting about your experience with FLYHT years ago.  I met FLYHT's former CEO Kent Jacobs in the past.  Very knowledgeable individual, and FLYHT has some impressive products.   Brad Bourne from FTG has done a great job with the acquisitions that Firan has completed over the years.  The acquisition of FLYHT will greatly expand FTG's reach.
