actual mgmt expense ration (mer) is really 2.44%...extremely expensive & more like a mutual fund than etf. My other horizon etfs mer are much cheaper....i'm a sell

JTLYK... XRE outperformed HAC year over year. I looked at HAC a while back and will take another look. I own BCE and HEP as well. I also like ZUT.
