The proper incusion rate for capital gains is still 50 per cent inclusion as long as the capital gain is under 250k, or of course unless held in a CORP where it is now 66.66 per cent. Team Common

OTH might be other income which is fully taxed. CG is of course capital gain which is taxed at 50 percent and of course now sometimes at 66.66 per cent. I think it is one of the most undervalued REITs
