What's going on with HR?

Given same discount and multiple as artis.  But doesn't have 800 million of floating debt to renew this year, the gem we call landtower, and 1 billion in development potential.  AND significantly less office as a % of NOI

Office is 99% leased and a good amount is being rezoned as multi-res... an office tenant asked out of lease in Mississauga - they will occupy the space until the end of the year and will pay us a lease termination fee of a couple $mil... H&R is already in the process of rezoning the space as industrial and expects approval by Q4 (before the space is vacated)... management here is quality, imho

That's my point.  This 4 month weakness seems a bit odd... just because lantower ceo got canned it hasn't been the same
