ARTIS AND NWH

Are trading at 11.6x AFFO, the stratetic reviews probably keeping them afloat, of course, if they lower interest expense meaningfully (not sure the market is betting on that), they can improve.

HR is now around 10.2x AFFO. One  of the  Cheapest REITs
