Keeping up with the market

Since Dec JFT is up another 3.00. Dividends plus growth is a good combination.

JFT and Covid

At present price of 19.70 we have share appreciation of 6.00 at end Feb pre-covid. The covid low of April was 11.70. JFT did a good job of coping with this event. A 0.47 special dividned coming too.

Much appreciated

Making between 14 to 15 % per annum in the last 7 years or so . Don't look at the dividend rate and stock price to verify that because half of the gains are return of capital . Thanks JFT .
