Looking at what WCP payed for XTO What would KEL fetch comparable to that offer?

Only a guess, but production rates and acreage are similar. Kelt would seem however to have more liquids. So lets say 1.2 x 1.7 billion (net cost to wcp ) = 2.04 billion or $10 per diluted share . Also IMO has wanted to divest of XTO for a long time, so they probably did not drive a hard bargain !!
