NVA vs Kelt

Where Insiders sell lots more and the company buybacks 20%..
Doesn't seem to suffer from shareholder frustration w/Insiders as the stock outperforms in similar metrics/area/mix..

I owned NVA for a long time, and sold it off recently.  I like the Management of NVA, but i don't like their resource that much and the team has done a great job to get the most out of a marginal resource. NVA sold their shareholders down the road, acquiring the pipestone asset in 2018, and the company almost went bankrupt.  That Pipestone asset coming into production was the ...more

NVA ramped up ther production, before the bought back any shares.  Their share buyback was accompanied with a significant increase in production, their production which averaged 50,000 boe/day in 2021 has increase to 85900 reported an 11 2024. This was also associated with massive debt paydowns, before the buybacks really kicked in. The banks at one point almost shut them down.  Kelt ...more
