Reality

3 Assets

 

1.  Wembley - Worth more than Kelts EV right now alone.  Will be making a ton of money for them in 2025 and has MASSIVE growth potential with super deep reserves.

 

2.  Other alberta stuff - Bonus - Charlie lake is good, pouce okay, still Montney but meh

 

3.  BC Montney - Oak - 200k Acres MASSIVE land block similar to the entire size of crew but needs a ton of money and is less ideal position more east.

 

Make your investment decisions as you will.  Not rocket science.

Actually the reality is price of oil vs price of natural gas (6x in the US before basis, 10x in Canada).   It's simply too easy to add natural gas production whether associated or dry.  So many examples, the latest being Coterra's Appalachian asset (acquired from Cabot) essentially maintained production even though drilling and completing were cut in half.
