Charlie Lake - Paying the bills

Well Charlie lake has been paying the bills, who would of known?

While Kelt has deliniated a major montney play, at the same time the have exploited Charlie Lake which has provided them the CF to do many things. 

But the real question is why is charlie lake such a under the covers play?

Kelt well at the same time it deliniates Wembley/Pipestone decided in their free time to expand their exposure to Charlie Lake, why you ask? because the economics were so compelling. Pouce Coupe North is another major opportunity for kelt. 

Eric Nuttall last friday promoted TVE, which has a significant Charlie Lake position.

Kelt is simply has excellent assets, and it is off to the races with CVS albright. 

However for kelt even the restoration of the current nameplate processing capacity, means the future is much brighter.

The way AECO station 2 is behaving and given that storage is full (allegedly), I'm wondering if Kelt will even complete and bring on line the remaining Oak and Pouce Coupe West wells this year? Might make sense to defer them and not plan any in '25 (for now). That way if and when natgas prices recover, they can complete and turn those wells online. Meanwhile focus on oilier targets ...more
