The Time Is Coming

The Reality - Kelt has some of the largest reserves relative to their production + a proven management team which has allowed them to trade at a premium.

When Kelt is over 50k Barrels Per Day, trading at 1.5B is not only not a premium but a discount.  Their Wembley is a world class asset that is compeltely deliniated, price will adjust.

If not adjustment and Kelt decides to sell their Alberta, I suspect shareholders will be QUITE happy the next day.   Wembley eventually will likely support 80k BPD with 55% liquids (mostly light oil) - extremely economic wells.

Oak in itself is one of the last major BC Montney assets not owned by a $10B+ company, Kelt has much to do there.

Kelt numbers for 2025 budget are significantly less than current commodity.  Kelt is well positioned in terms of managing their spend because of the reserves the company is sitting on.  Kelt is getting a lot of infastructure sorted out, and I feel we are already seeing some volitility here.  IMHO MHP

Conservative. 1) Continued focus on Wembley, at some point it will be sold. 2) Drilling quite a bit @ Pouce Coupe (12 wells, 8 Charlie Lake) which I think fits well with 3rd party plants and maximizing liquids (oil) which is where the money is. 3) Oak they arent spending for cashflow and production but developing the play instead (seismic shoot) which makes ...more
