The trend is your friend

MRC - Closing prices for the last six weeks on the TSE.

April 16 - $117.50

April 23 - $119.97

April 30 - $123.44

May 7 -   $128.16

May 14 - $134.27

May 21 - $138.82

That works out to a gain of about 12% in five weeks (April 19 to May 21).  Not bad for a "real estate" stock.

Of course there is no guarantee that the uptrend will continue but.... looking pretty good so far.

Good Luck to all shareholders.

I like the way you look at it weekly.  The low was end of February and since March 1st MRC stock price has gone up steadly and up now up nearly 40%.  I also expect the price will blow past last years $200 per share.  Continues to trade at a discount to NAV.  I like its Subsidiary MRT.un as it is trading at an even bigger discount to NAV.  Good Luck Longs.
