MRC into SOT

Sold my trading position of MRC, nice gain vs entry, redeployed capital into SOT.UN.

Big developments over there, lots happening behind the scenes

It SOT survives, which seems increasingly likely due to recent developments, it appears to be the most undervalued REIT by orders of magnitude.  This is/was because of uncertainty as to its future.

REITs seem to be struggling a with concerns of inflation resurgence.

Still holding my long term hold position of MRC, which is quite large

NorthForce13: Yo have to sharpen your pencil at SOT.    Lots of debt and leverage.    Interest coverage ratio and ability to refi/sale  as debts come due is going to be important IMO with that name.   I own the debentures and are down on that position.

Thank you for the tip.  I am aware of the nuances of SOT, it being my largest holding.   I specialize undervalued risk/reward metric securities.  Good opportunities lie with companies that have problems.  Not a field for the faint of heart.
