Thanks for the updated insider buys.  Thats really a good sign. Won't be long before institutional buyers jump in.  Those massive Short sellers could get really squeezed as, Parent keeps taking any sell orders of even modest size. Burquitlam Plaza is getting good attention too.  Thats a massive value proposition. This is really encouraging for investors that have hung in.

Nearly 2/3rds of the distribution every month goes to the parent who has been buying more stock.  Now the issuer bid is in place.  The large short position will need to start unwinding. Headwinds are renewing mortages this year at higher than 5 years ago.  Hopefully lease renewals and New leases are at decent rates.

How do they buy without affecting the price? Big buys on MRC today as well, virtually nothing on bid/ask but 8,000 share buy went through like nothing.

I see the stock is actually trending up, albeit slowly. We are still in a very wobbly, uncertain time. The major indices retreated last month and erased most of the YTD gains.
