Meeting actually did take place. I took a few notes: ( new 6/29/21 Presentation was posted) 1 Director resigned, replaced with 2 others to make 6 in total Quorem representing 31% was present. Votes were from 60% to 93% in favor. The new CEO introduced himself.  They are  trying to make a case for Net asset value vs the share price. Current production is 4600boe/d, exit forecast is
