The    64$   question   is  why   ANYONE    voted   for  this slate   of  directors   these  past  few  years ?

New  slate   this   year   ,   down   to    six    ,  some   returning    ,   some  new   . Looks   like  new francophone   lady

New francophone lady looks like she has a pretty good educational background and some experience in the ESG area. I guess PPR felt the need to elect  a board member in regards to ESG and diversity appearance or maybe at the  banks insistance. Some of the others returning do not deserve a FOR vote in my opinion.

Totally agree.  If this company has any chance they have to go, and at the very least the chairman of the board who has taken the company down once if not twice and has been around forever.   How does he get votes and how does he stay in his job? I heard through the grapevine most of them were voted off the island last year but at the 11th hour they sucked up to a major shareholder and

Agree that the current slate of directors who have been there the longest need to be held accountable for the poor governance over the past few years. You are right, they were almost voted out at the last meeting which was held over until the middle of summer. I recall that one Director did not stand for re-election , probably because he suspected he would not get enough for votes. The need

Looks like some got the message.  Petrie and Wonnacott both resigning and will not run.

Dumped half my PPR today.  With the recent huge gains in oil and gas prices, PPR share price has not responded.  Moving my money to something else.  Perhaps day trade the energy ETF market for a bit.

69k share flush at 11:22 moved stock down by .01 Could have been worse. Looks like someone picked up the slack.

Interesting.  Shares traded back down to .21, so I repurchased.  Continued down to .205, but I don't think that will last.  I'll take a chance on making a couple of pennies again.  Just 20,000 shares.

i did the same today..sold my last portion of my position here I have been in and out of this stock since 0.03 So the fact that oil has been over $100 for a few months and nothing has happened here I am out when oil crashes  this will crash hard bye all

I totally agree - if one expects oil to crash today, next week, or even next month.  However, if oil holds gains above $100 through the summer, or even through to the end of the year, PPR will likely punch its way through to another 52 week high.  If you check the 5-year chart, there really is no major resistance until the chart
