Has anyone received their Rights Offering Docs yet?  Still waiting

The rights are currently in your account.  You are free to either trade them or exercise your right to purchase up to your allowed limit.

If your are a US citizen, you may be considered an "ineligible holder". Meaning you wont have the opportunity to execute your rights to purchase shares thru the offering. I am trying to get clarification from my broker on this is issue but have not heard back. I have also contacted the Company, no reply.  Seems to me that they are not encouraging non-canadian citizens to participate

Thanks for the reply. I have my PPR Shares in various accounts at TD Waterhouse and I did not receive the rights in my account.  I've contacted them to find our why?

The Rights have been trading since 9/30, one full week So far only 710k shares have been traded and the range has been between .005 and .01. Even the rights are trading at a discount to fair value based on the underlying stock price. I notticed that a trading HOLD was on PPR.RT for a short time this morning. I am guessing that there may have been a huge sell order creating an market imbalance
