So you've done yet another complete reversal in your opinion on this stock. What is up with that. Why don't you stop contradicting yourself on here and start buying! It's on sale and if you'd have a read of their tenant list you'd see that this is a stable company with excellent long-term income potential. Yes, if someone  has invested 1 million at today's price, they would collect almost 90k dividend. With dividend classified as 100% ROC, this is almost equal to 130k full time job, enough to retire. Love this low price so that I can add more every month. Hope this stays here for long.
