REIT MARKET IS STARTING TO MAKE ME NERVOUS

Imagine getting dumped day in and day out with a yield around 9% and payout ratio <100%....complete bogus

And  the high quality large caps same thing

this is just market manipulation at its finest

pension fiunds and banks and private equity should be moving all that trillions in cash into these by  now
