I caved and bought back 200/1,000 units for $20.06, which I had recently sold at $21.50... unit price will now likely decend into hades... for this I apologize...

One of the highest quality portfolios of underlying real estate assets here, with a solid development pipeline - should unit price fall - I will simply celebrate the opportunity to buy more. *salute emoji*

The same applies to most of the reits. It's buffet of REIT's available to buy.
