Come on Riocan start buying back your stocks! It is a no brainer at these levels. And stockholders will be impressed.

The money is going into debt reduction which is a much better use of funds, as long term it will have a much higher impact on the earnings and the stock price. They have $800 million in condo sales next year that is all going to debt reduction. That is going to be a massive boost in earnings, not counting the growth due to high retail spreads.

Because Canadians are poor. Most of our investments goes into buying homes and paying mortgages. If people have extra money they just buy more homes.
