COULD SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME
How the narrative in Canada is we have a housing crisis, unaffordability to buy, etc. rents that have doubled in 5 years,
yet reits with nice resedential pipelines like SRU/REI are bleeding non stop, not to mention all the reits that have the land including PMZ (mall reit) that could be sold off
these things should be going up like crazy
