SGY is not a good target for a take over. It is too small for a big company because it cannot help to achieve a significant effect on revenue or gross margin. I don't think it's an interesting ...more

I could live with a buyout TBH.  I'd take quite a loss here (longtime holder) even if it was at a premium, but at least the agonizing over whether to get out of this would be over.  ...more

New 52 week low!!

New 52 week low $5.49 or 64 cents pre consolidation. Getting close to covid lows when oil went negative!! What more can we ask as sharehlders. Great job Paul and SGY team.

More the issue is that smaller firm management teams (Surge included) dont want to sell out given they lose their cushy Csuite salaries, stock options and expense accounts.
