Where does pain end?

This was always my plan diamond in the rough. Sad news :(. Almost 40% haircut on stock price, still paying divy tho, is this overdone/oversold? I know stocks that completely slashed divy to 0 with less damage. Think we should see a bump not just decline to death now? What does everyone think on sp, where does the pain end?

I thought this wuold stabilize around $4, with a yield of $7 and pretty stable business overall, even through the pandemic. I'm surprised to see it dip beyond that, to 3.60 and heavens know how much lower. I think it's oversold, and so does Cannacord it seems.

But it's not a stable business. Did you see the horrible lease growth rates (basically no growth) and the declining occupancy. With uncertainty in how the whole return-to-office situation is shaking out, and no one knows what's going to happen, they are a lot of question marks. Stability is not a quality this business posesses.

Your shorting this? Seems risky no? Maybe not from yesterday to today, but to initiate on today? My guess is around 4.50-5 but who knows with such a dud market right now..

No I am not shorting this. I owned this stock since 2015 and sold it quite awhile back for 7 bucks. I've owned this stock longer than most people here have been investing. I like to keep an eye on stocks I used to own. Clearly it was a good move to sell it. Did not like the lack of growth and the sky high payout ratio.

Where do you see lease growth rate easily on statements (MD&A) or you have to compare yourself across reports and how (looking at new/renewed lease space each report to see if it is growing)? Just trying to learn.
