Just bought in at 2.49$

I see these assets as sub-par, obviously... big bulky buildings.  Government tenants trying to stay home forever.   However this price factors much in already.  60% payout and 12.2% dividend.  These properties would have to totally empty out for another leg lower.   I hope it stabilizes here. 

 I am reading thru these comments on Stockhouse talking about insider buys... can anyone point to this or prove such?  I cannot see this info anywhere, thanks.

Oh, thanks!   I usually look at Ceo.ca.  Whats the difference?  On that site there are no buys or information.  Thanks for the tip.
