Fuuck it. Will see what happens... It's half the price than last insiders purchases.

500 M in shareholder equity if you believe in the property asset values and the previous quarterly report... even if you cut the equity value in half, current unit value would be 2,70$/unit which means this is trading currently at a 50% discount.
