ONE THING IS CRYSTAL CLEAR.

No matter what your strategy is as a REIT, paying down huge debt via asset sales, running buybacks, improving AFFO and occupancy with nice leasing spreads- these TRDS are destined to remain depressed and go down.  Even strategic review reits  have come up empty handed.  That just speaks volumes- HISTORIC DESTRUCTION OF WEALTH at the hands of the fed, has they try to save face from one of their biggest blunders in history!!!!!!!!!!
