The question is will TOU be acquired or acquire another
company? If a foreign company wants to get a foothold in Canadian Gas, TOU would be the perfect fit IMO! I am hoping for a $10 premium over today's price after paying out the special dividend!

it would be approx $12-14 (22%) premium to market

Looking forward to the completion of LNG Canada, it wouldn't be a stretch for someone like Shell to buy a TOU or maybe even an ARX for feed supply to the line i would hope that I would get $100+ for my Tou

They on the hunt they dont have enough gas for the LNG plant, take out names , BIR , PIPE, KEL , and others , NE BC , NW Alberta
