Hard to know.  Shorts own this and beat it down again today on no volume.  The BOD and Fine Capital are fast asleep (close to coma like conditions).   They need to be replaced and this company needs to be put up for sale.  Maybe shareholders get back to $3-4 / share on a sum of the parts basis.  Without wholesale change in strategy the stock goes nowhere.
