Sale of CUI
10M$ for the centrifuges sunsidiary.
That is a plus value fer sure. Market cap at 36 cents is only 5M$! I guess they still keep the oil and gas + amine/glycol process subsidiary. The debt consideration is unclear though.
How high do you think price per share should be with this?

I read that Rolyn has been amalgamated with other entity to form CUI in 2019. So does it mean they sell ALL the cie for 10M? If so, my estimated price, excluding the working capital adjustments they mentioned, is around 42 cent per share! (10M-4.28M+0.34M)/14.48.

Now with further reading, it is mentioned in the doc of audit FY ending dec 2022, that cie has 3 wholly owned subsidiaries: CUI, Rolyn and Rolyn (US), with Rolyn US inactive. That would be great if they come out in order to clarify this...
