News Pending?!

This recent move up on share price bodes well. I believe a news release will come very soon pertaining to a partner to get some drilling going. I would not be surprised to see it move up beyond .60 once the partner is announced. Whether it does or not out of the gate, I am holding. I bought in around .20 on the pullback from .30 and won't be bailing anytime soon.

I see Bowood as a world class play that will, in time, be a target for a takeover maybe a couple of years down the road in the $2 - $3 range depending on how events play themselves out.

Good to see a few new faces on the board since I got in.

Really?!?!?!  so you are telling me that you purchased shares @ .20...........now the stock is at .50 (let's say), a 2.5x gain and you are going to wait " for a takeover maybe a couple of years down the road in the $2 - $3 range" ?  I am not doubting your valuation (as it is possible)...but why whould you hold all your stock till that time?  Imo that is not the ...more

casey161 please tell us how to "play" this equity?..just curious is all.I know your question didn`t pertain to me but I purchased at a similar time and am not selling a single share anywhere near these levels. This is simply based on the DD I have done on this stock.Cheers.

Hey Casey,Let me be more specific. I will certainly not wait to sell all my shares in 2-3 years waiting for a takeover. By spring we could be at a buck and then I will most likely sell at least half my position for a tidy profit. The rest will be gravy and can let it ride and see how things are materializing. I will use those profits to buy into some other cheap speculative plays. Bowood is ...more

OilandGas,  thanks for clarifying.........thought you would hold all shares  for 2-3 years.  You get er bang on! Take the profit and buy back in on a push back with more shares or another playBenh,  I'm glad you did your DD.  Just incase you thought, I am not at all bashing this stock.  In fact, I own a fair amount of shares.  The way I  "play ...more

" IMO it is a very foolish move to hold for years".....wow that`s quite a prediction there casey161.....BWD may,in fact,be an excellent long term hold. This is what makes a market..different opinions......but you may be a bit out of line with such a suggestion.Enjoy your profits at $.60 but don`t feel bitter when the stock crosses $1 plus/share.Cheers.

How is that a prediction when I say it's foolish to hold for years?  And why would I feel bitter when it hits $1.00?  Clearly you don't comprehend what I am saying.  here is a very, very, very, very coles notes version for you.Let's say my original investmet is $10 $10 @ .25 = 40 shares40 shares @ .6 = $24, 40 @ .7=$28, 40 @ $1.00= $40 buck ...more
