Another study; another refinery…attention deficit…

...more likely than "big thinker." I've been around long enough to remember the sale pitch that First Cobalt was a "full vertically integrated cobalt" company (four years ago)!  Even recall the proclamation that tailings from the Cobalt Camp and local mineral deposits could provide possible feedstock for an eventual refinery. Wrote that off long ago. Shareholders should expect more explanation than mere branding communications. Fatigued with this company.

and how about that trading volume on the coveted Nasdaq? Wow...underwhelming even for summer trading. Trent has a tough job, no doubt, but he voluntarily stepped up to the plate (and the mic) and made the pitch that investors should finance this venture.  I'm eagerly awaiting that Q4 refinery opening!

Thanks NatureBoy...,yes all good points. How many business plans have we been in the last four years. Remember the silver mine, that we sold for a huge loss. And all our cobalt supply from the area as you mentioned that all bombed. Sorry not a big fan of this Mr. Mell..... he has soo much BS He should've been a politician. Talk talk talk that's all he's done. Taking him 4 1/2 years to ...more

You won't bail. You'd lose your shirt. You'd have done it by now if you could afford to. Who do you think your kidding with utter silliness like that. XD

NatureBoy, it was the tailings that got my attention way back then.  A lot has changed but not a penny in revenue to be seen.  What happened to the "ONLY PERMITTED REFINERY IN NORTH AMERICA" sales pitch?  I hope there is enough cash flow soon to pay the big staff of MBA's and such.  And dont forget the shareholders Trent.  We are owed a dividend by the end of ...more

When investing it is important to never go full retard (to quote tropic thunder). Many on this forum seem unable to look beyond the next step they take. The hate posts are hilarious and your true intentions show true. Relax. A company can complete more than one thing at a time. Dave is top notch (I worked with him in the past) and will have that study done quickly with upmost detail.

Islandtime21 HATE POSTS?  Really?  Is this a hate post?  By voicing my opinion, by having a different opinion than possibly you, by holding people to account, by calling out woke BS, by calling out statements etc. that well I wouldn't dare say lies but let's say not truthfull for all you overly sensitive people out there grow a pair.  Many on this forum have been ...more

Ok fine just very whiney posts. Is that better? There are around 10,000 securities to invest in and your investment hasn't matured like you wished and hoped for so now you turn sour. You are upset with the company and dislike everything they do yet you are still invested? Why? Why waste time posting just sell and find a better one.

Just so much hate out there

Could not agree more!!! What IS the point!?

I don't think people care how fast the study gets done.  There have been countless "next steps" taken.  The only thing elbm has actually completed is the raising of equity and debt, an 18:1 reverse, and a Nasdaq listing.
Comment by NatureBoy on Jun 29, 2022 1:23pm
...I, for one, couldn't care less how quickly this additional study gets finalized. However, I DO care about cash burn rate, refinery construction progress, and this pattern of addiction to raising equity to rescue the treasury for ever changing dream goals. And how about that Nasdaq listing? Sure glad the timing was so well thought out! Dreaming big... is not the same as "thinking big ...more

OMG ...hits  $2.94 us  -- .16 us pre- RS .
Comment by 17Digger on Jun 29, 2022 2:38pm
I told you all on this board that the consolidated shares of ELBM would drop to $3. Believe me I wish I were wrong, but this is what most consolidated shares do  - and they often drop back close to their preconsolidation price. Let's hope it does not happen to ELBM, but whoever made this decison to consolidate should be fired.  As for those who voted for consolidation - well all I ...more

No 17Digger. Completely inappropriate. Why? Because your position states that a reverse stock split would cause elbm shares to fall. The fact of the matter is, most if not all stocks have dropped significantly these past few months. In order for your position to be correct, all stocks on the NASDAQ or TSX venture should not have dropped proportionately to ELBM.. Take away -most stocks are down ...more

Come on Goat, this was predicted and had we not done the consolidation and stayed away from Nasdaq we all would have a lot more money in our pockets today.  The premise that FCC, remember that little outfit, would behave different post RS than the majority of company's that did RS's was again a pile of Trent BS.  Look at the curve today.  Isnt that just so impresive ...more

The whistleblower hot line is your own sober intelligence, my friends.... By brave, calmly waiting; for sure there will be better times!! The always positive Dutchman.

Sorry Goatburner, but you have learned nothing about share consolidations, Even Trents's earlier announcement told us that studies showed the majority of share consolidations fail but he said he would wait for an opportune time to avoid that from happening to ELBM. He failed to keep his promise which too many shareholders believed to their own detriment and everyone's cost. This company ...more

Bravo Digger for telling it like it is. Trent's experiment has failed shareholders thus far. We can only hope that the storm he has exposed us to will get us to a friutful island before ship runs aground in rough waters. I hope that first production will save us and that he will stop further risky moves with no investor support, only the support of original rations that we shareholders ...more
