Not again

DSUs vest immediately but may not be exercised until a director or officer ceases to serve the Company.
So before I go I need to give myself a big bonus?  Is this what is going on here?  Time will tell.
As a long term shareholder I feel violated yet again.  The performance of this management team has been a failure. Next to nothing has been accomplished yet they feel justified in setting up a golden handshake for themselves.  Well boys move on.  Time for a change.

Of course.  You gotta be like Trent.  Thats what he did...after the reverse, at around $6 US, he sold everything he had.  SOmeone else made a good point; Trent makes ALOT of money sucking off this tite.  I imagine he will want to keep doing that, even if he goves negative value in return, at this point.

Ask yourself one question about these DSU financial gifts - Who benefits  1- the company or 2- the shareholder or 3- the management? Then ask yourself the corollary question - Who loses 1- the company or 2- the shareholder or 3- the management? That is all we need to know about DSUs and those who issue them. xx
