Vote No! - reverse split and employee share plan

I voted no this morning with all my shares for both the reverse split being proposed and the new employee share plan... Who cares if we fall off the Nasdaq, just get the financing and turn some dollars!

My qiestrade shares are registered for electronic communications so I voted with those. My other shares have mail out so it may take a few extra days snail mail... And now Canada Post strike may affect it too

I voted by selling my shares. Two reverse splits evaporates your money into nothing.

I, did not receive any notification about a reverse split.I certainly would vote NO!!!!!! I own a boatload of shares, OH, No, not again There should be a law against this kind of behaviour, always taking the small invester to the cleaners. The Khyber

Investor relations sent me this re AGM info:: All materials for the upcoming AGM are available on SEDAR+ and our website (https://electrabmc.com/investors/ - select "AGM Materials from the menu). Mailings did occur before the postal strike, but it is definitely possible that some materials have been held up. The AGM will be held on December 20th in person, and proxy forms are

They should be naming some equipment after me.  One of the chemical vats, at least.  I'd be happy with that.

Agreed. I lost over 8 grand and reduced my holdings significantly.
