Do I have it correct here?
Company recently did some fairly sizeable dilutions at 0.14, the company is currently operating at a loss and the CEO is paying himself $400k+/year?

Not an unreasonable salary for CEO of an $80mm company.

That's almost 8% of a recent closed private placement on the CEO salary alone.

Based on what criteria? A CEO should increase salary when performance measures are met...or is it that losing investors and their money is not a measure...
