I suspect end of year tax selling
Is the culprit. Lots of shares purchased at low PPs so selling now. Lots of money in bank so I don't see this company going anywhere.

Right buy are you buying more now? Gotta remember that insiders participated in the PPs so maybe they are thinking they have enough? I haven't bought in a while but have averaged down enough that I comfortable with my ACB and confident I'll be "whole" in 2024. This is a long term play and with lots of cash in the bank I think this will be fine.

Why buy more when most insiders are being gifted shares? The price is still way below the last financing (0.14 cents), Yet the equity incentive plan rewards them at 0.07 cents. Makes no sense. If Mumford and the CEO invested at 0.14 cents. Why should it not be at least at these prices?

Actually, GDNP has diluted shareholders which has led to a collapse in the price. They have to be accountable for that. We'll see if a turnaround is in order. They have to move towards proftiability. If you can't hold management accountable for the share price. Why should they be rewarded? Shareholders invest for a return and management actions need to be accountable for it.
