Makes sense. Debenture holders packing it in. I'm buying a lot more at this level.

Hold shares at $1.40 a fews years ago............after hearing Paul broken records so many times....unloaded 90% of my shares with a big red ticket..........now the roll over of shares will be 99999 % sure..... what a disaster it be for GDNP shareholders.........will probably sell my tiny one today before it goes to 1 cent....Pau pleasel step aside and bring the complete incompetent management

I doubt a reverse split is in the cards as it would serve zero purpose. The company is gonna sell for xxxx and we are all gonna get the same regardless of how many share ls are outstanding. Remember that most debenture holders are institutions who are simply dumping for tax selling. They don't care if they get 2 cents or 20 cents a share. This will taper off and stabilize.

There are 2 types of Debenture holders, those that just wanted to clip the coupon and those that want to short the Bejeesus out of this.  Then there's irrational, disgruntled shareholders that bought in the Dollar range.  Truth is, with or without this dlution we are worth a lot more than 3 pennies.  Once the stoopidity stops we will bounce harder than a Hooters Doorman .....
