Management Has Zero Option But To Sell
Munford must be livid right about now. Paul's under PRESSURE, there's just 1 way out ..... Highest bidder, we go in the $.20-$.30 range, my guess .....

Why would they pay 20-30 cents when the stock is at 2-3 cent range.

Price per share is irrelevant. They can't buy all the o/s shares at 3 cents cause most people won't sell that low. What will happen is they are gonna sell it for $xxxx, divide that by the outstanding shares and there you have it.

Are they not all backed by loans and can be foreclosed by holders. Has this company made any money yet. I hope you are right about share price as I am hanging on by a string.

They can't be foreclosed when they just shed 50% of their Debt, restructured the rest into interest payable in shares and deferred etc. This just needs to show a decent Q1 by the end of the Month and this Bad Girl could move to a Dime or more no problemo ..... That a 300% gain from here. They ain't going Banko so Nuts not to scoop as many as you can at these levels .....

Way, way more, not to mention the IP, Inventory, Customer Goodwill etc. This is easily a $30-$50 Million Company at this point .....

Do you think maybe their product is to expensive as compared to the plastic product. I do hope for good numbers this quarter. Do they sell both regular plastic and biogradable.

I believe they also have conventional plastic products but their prices are way too high and zero competitiveness comparing to others overseas products. That's why they are focusing in premium sustainable products but the problem is that there's no restriction/banning on non-sustainable plastic taking place as yet.
