Ramp or Die?

There's no in between on this one.  Either they hit it big with a H2 turn around or they bite the dust.  Lot's of $$$$ to be made or lost here depending on which way she goes .....

How do you think they will hit it big with a H2 turn around, what are initiatives taken by the management to achieve this feat? Is there any chance to sell this company?
Comment by shareswapper on Jun 24, 2024 11:24am
They will hit it big with new large accounts opening.  If not they go under.  They have no choice, their back is against the wall.  They fight or they lose it all.  Let's see ......

If they were going under insiders wouldn't have bought 5mm shares of this placement
Comment by buysell888 on Jun 24, 2024 1:41pm
That's a whole $300K of risk...not nearly enough to be convincing they have what it takes to be a success. If it was $3MM that would be different. Just to get back to the PP value .06 will be a huge effort. I agree a big contract could pop it there. I believe that could happen. I am hanging in and worth the risk...bought a load at 4cents. Otherwise it is zero unless Mumford can find a buyer ...more

I'd love to know Mummy's average price.  You know the Dude is willing to skin this Pig for any decent return.  Who is willing to buy us and at what price?  They just need to reach break even and this becomes a whole new ball game

You'd think not Tinselfarm, but anythig is possible as reflected in the $.02 shareprice.  Situation is definitely tentative and they need some puck luck and progress yesterday to pull through this mess.  Watching for any decent positive press release or sign they can turn this around.  Then I'm buying with both fists like a Drunken Sailor ......

So you are saying it is over, this company is beyond redemption?
Comment by otterman on Jun 28, 2024 10:17am
Is this not primarily a sales company. You would think they could at least sell enough product to make a profit. It is a product that should be in demand.  The cost of production appears to be the problem. Something just not right, but what is the question.
Comment by shareswapper on Jun 28, 2024 12:36pm
Answer, the margins.  This is a commodity business and they have to make up for tight margins with massive top line sales.  They need to sell more custom packaging and move away from the raw material side of the business.  No money in that.  Time for these Guys to announce something positive in the business.
Comment by kyoung28 on Jun 28, 2024 12:42pm
otterman - I think you've pinpointed the problem that everyone should be concerned about, which is that the biggest problem with GDNP right now. GDNP's ridiculously high and uncompetitive pricing is being reflected in revenue, we all know but the management is not doing anything about it.  Unless a miracle of a plastic straw coming out of a turtle's nose happens once again, I ...more

In 2018 they had revenue of around $5m and losses of of $3.1m One year later they doubled revenue with a loss of $3.4m After the acquisition of several companies the revenue multiplied but still no path to profitability. On the contrary first quarter this year they were bleeding almost $5m. Does this make any sense? Economy of scale? It is disappointing to see that the acquisitions were based on ...more
