Anyone more exerienced have a sense of whether this still will still trade after the SISP?

Based on the language in the document  from the Monitor, other than the warehouse mentioned (sounds like they just walked away from a lease), they are selling the whole company. It's very interesting that a deal was arrived at on September 30th, but there was no obligation to disclose this until this report was filed on the 16th of October. Such a waste. What will happen to our shares? Or is there too many unknowns to answer ?

Same question.  I see a successful bid (for what we don't know, assets or entire company) and positive cash flow for first time.  We're last in line after everyone else.  I'd still rather see the company come out a little ahead and move forward.  Rates are coming down so debt service charges should improve even better.  The lower sales of recent as other
