As volvi a la vida el Ro Margajita. Toda el agua de lluvia se oxidaba al entrar en contacto con los metales que estaban expuestos en el rea de la mina, e iban directo a los ros. La fotografa muestra l antes y l ahora del ro Margajita de nuestra legada a Pueblo Viejo

 Old Town Barrick @BarrickRD This is how the Margajita River came to life. All the rainwater oxidized when it came into contact with the metals that were exposed in the mine area, and it went directly into the rivers.  The photograph shows him before and he now from the Margajita river from our legacy to Pueblo Viejo

That happened because Barrick is an open pit mine, but even though NOW with proper control of the environment the river is clean!!
