Crux seems to have the skinny on files Arbitration.If so I think GQC will be under 10 cents on the news that is material.That said GQC will likely win and a permit decision will be forced by the court.

Wrong! Crux suggests to Jeff that an arbitrtion has been filed, and Jeff corrects Crux - "as far as I know", (and he knows it all when it comes to PRG, GQC, ABX and the DR) "no arbitration has been filed by GQC."

Well we know arbitrations take time. May be best to file and get the ball rolling. Can be withdrawn down the road if required. Given whats in the ground and potential additional resources I'd say shareholders, factoring in the time wasted by DR, shoud be seeking a reasonable $20 per share. 4.8 billion seems reasonable. LOL  GLTA!

POD, agree %100.  We have waited YEARS too long for a simple and lawfully required environmental study permit.  This has gotten beyond ridiculous. Ther is local and international support for the study.  Not sure this will transfer from Twitter properly, but Carlos on Twitter says they should be ashamed for not letting this move forward.
