GoldQuest Mining company , convinced of the potential and importance of tourism along with agriculture in this province, will contribute 20 million pesos to execute an Ecotourism Development Plan for the area.
The engineer Luis Santana, CEO and president of the entity, in an event with the presence of various social, religious, business sectors, authorities, congressmen, professionals and merchants, presented the guidelines of the plan on April 10 in the Fine Arts halls of this city
Santana expressed that San Juan has a great future in ecotourism that combined with agriculture, water preservation and responsible mining that works together with that development, will guarantee its economic, cultural and social growth.
He said that there are national and international examples that support what he said, such as the cases of Monseor Nouel and Snchez Ramrez, where GoldQuest has demonstrated its commitment to working together for the development of ecotourism and the preservation of the environment.
GoldQuest will not only contribute the 20 million to develop the San Juan Ecotourism Plan, but also brought an international consultant in that area to develop and define all the guidelines of the project with the participation of its main actors.
