  That would mean each lot is only worth 26k. At 150 per foot construction a 1500 SF home would sell for 250k. I think your source is wrong

Thanks Jeff for the answer! How inefficient the market is sometimes. So they still exist, the severely undervalued stocks - good time to buy the stock now.... the undervaluation will soon be resolved.
