Selling overdone?
Does Doug drop financials early to stifle this sell off? Seeing this kind of dump so close to financials seems kinda crazy.

Crazy but good for me because I'm buying more.

I'd like to see an earlier earnings release to generate some momentum heading in to the new year. We'll see a lot of buying in January and frankly if the SP looks depressed, it could deter new buyers.

They typically take 120 days to post year end financials. This is the maximum allowed number of days to post as per tsx venture rules. Maybe if they had a real full time cfo the financials could be produced earlier and prepared for the auditors.

Hey. Doug did say in the last PP update that the year end financials would be available early.

"Prior to December 29th" Being the key word. I'm going to guess he intends to release earnings on Monday December 28th. It has been a huge year for the company so I doubt we'd see anything prior to the Christmas break as to not be muted by all the noise. This could really pop going in to New Years.

Last year the annual general meeting was on Oct 30th 2019 and it was to discuss the financials for Aug31st,2018. Year end financials were posted on Dec 30th, 2019.

Just to give you an idea of where the stock is at, the VWAP from September 1-December 3 is $0.781. November 1-December 3 is $0.682. Most people who have bought this stock in the last 3 months are underwater and probably not bailing right now. There may be some tax loss selling if it can't move up from here, but there is certainly nothing to panic about here.
