Interesting some BOT trading 1 second before close

this has been going on and off for a couple weeks that I have noticed. Driving the sp down at the close on low volume trading days. Usually 5-7k is enough to make it look like someone is dumping. Did Colin leave on a sour note or is someone trying to make GSI's future look bleak so they can accumulate cheap shares. Any ideas? Only an automated trading program can time a trade exactly at 15:59:59.
