No one knows. Was there panic selling in the first minute due to the insider selling reports? The average PE for CDN stocks is approx. 14. Does GSI have average or exceptional rev and EPS growth? Eventually the share price will catch up to the company's performance.

Velocity glad to buy for the various  clients today ,picking up shares from a few sellers that are just taking  profits.  Great day to buy if one is looking to get in . ---Shares will likely  end higher on the day,as the profit takers dry up .

In my opinion, the fact that an insider sold some shares from August / 2023 until recently is a non issue. Who knows why and who cares really, it's a game right now, the market maker is in control until the news wire changes that or someone or some brokerage house wants to acquire a large postion. It stands to reason it could work the same way if some retail shareholder wanted to sell a large

The insider sales IMHO is inconseqential for the investors here who are here to watch the business accelerate and for the share price to catch up. One the first 70K sale, Doug Fraser had a .10 gain over his options to profit a measely $7K. On the other 29.5K he had a gain of about $7.5K. Traders on the other hand could take the insider sales as a signal to exit. I'm good with weak hands

Not to flog a dead horse, Fraser had his reason's for selling, nothing wrong with a $14,500 dollar profit. Again meaningless in my view, yours as well. You are bang on, if day traders see this and get spooked, hell if someone who has held shares for a while and see's this and sells, then I say good ridence you have no idea what you invested in. As the basis for the thought of weak retailers selling on the insider sales, that is the opposite of retailers buying when insiders buy.  Cameron of CSI has made the observation of PNG and TMG moving up on insider buys. Today Cameron posted on CEO.ca that a mere sale of about (correcting his numbers) $50K worth of shares led to a decline of $55M

I think the momentum traders who came in hoping to make a fast $ without knowing anything about GSI are hitting the exits now that the SP has leveled off. The investors who understand the company will hold or add. The fundamentals haven't changed. Q2 still looks good. Watch the DD interview again. He says he wanted to give investors a heads up for Q1, Q2 and FY24. Velocity will let the shorts
